Any oil or paste can be used in the O2P Process, with any desired potency, ranging from 5 - 70% of the original percentage of active ingredient(s) in your product. Example: An oil with an active ingredient percentage of 75% will result in a powder with 60% active, based on an 70% load factor. Incredibly, there is absolutely no change in molecular structure of the oil. And there's zero oil waste, critical when tolling your oil.

By converting to powder, you remove excess moisture, which inhibits microbial growth, and increases shelf-life, in some instances, for a minimum of 24 months. Longer shelf-life translates into longer sales life. Using the O2P Powders instead of fluid oil can also reduce transport and storage costs. Refrigerated trucks and on-site cold rooms can become a thing of the past. As long as the powders are stored at or below +20º C, they will maintain a shelf-life of 24 months (2 years), or 36 months (3 years) when combined with the NPRI Sustained Release Process.
